Historic Woolen Mill, 4 Cataraqui Street Suite 202, Kingston ON

Please use either the Cataraqui Street entrance or the East Wing entrance located behind the building. Once inside, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Our clinic is the second door on the right. (Please note that the suite numbers are not in sequential order.)

Parking:

Free parking is available. Turn right into the parking lot just before reaching the Woolen Mill and continue around to the back of the building, where ample parking is available. The East Wing entrance is also located here.

Cancellation Policy:

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments may be cancelled by phone at 613-549-7272, by email at DrMurphyND@gmail.com, or online.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled visit.

Please note that if your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, cancellations must be received by the preceding Thursday, as the clinic is closed Friday through Sunday.

Credit Card on File:

To reserve your appointment, we ask that you keep a credit card on file. This provides a convenient, contactless payment option and supports our cancellation policy. If you prefer, debit payment is also available at the clinic.

Waitlist:

If you would like an earlier appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to add you to our waitlist. Our reception team will contact you if an earlier appointment becomes available.

Monday–Thursday 10am-4pm

Closed Fridays and statutory holidays.

Dr. Murphy does not accept new patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under 18 years of age.
